To delete your account, you have two options:

  1. Contact Us:
    - You can delete your account by contacting us at help@npay.io.
    - Wait for confirmation from our customer support team.       

  2. From the NPay App:            
    - If you have assets in your NPay Wallet:              
       . You cannot delete your account if there is any deposited asset of $10 or more in the NPay Wallet.              
       . Return to the [MY Wallet] tab, transfer all remaining assets to another wallet, and then request account deletion again.            
    - If you don't have any assets in your NPay Wallet:              
       . Go to the [Settings > Security] tab in the NPay app.              
       . Click the "Permanently Delete Account" button.              
       . After reviewing the Account Deletion Policy and check "I have confirmed and agree with Account deletion policy"
       . Click "continue" button at the bottom to permanently delete your account.              
       . Once the deletion is complete, you will be directed to the home screen.

Please note that once your account is permanently deleted, you will not be able to sign up again.
Additionally, please be aware that once your account information and personal data in all NPay services are permanently deleted, they cannot be recovered.

Take this into consideration before proceeding with the account deletion. Lastly, please note that assets sent to a permanently deleted account cannot be recovered.</sup>
